By better understanding what underwriters look for and where problems may arise, REALTORS® can help prepare their clients, set realistic expectations, communicate more effectively with lending partners, and identify possible obstacles earlier in the transaction. This discussion will help members feel more confident guiding buyers and sellers through the financing process and working toward smoother, more successful closings.

This class is free to members and has limited availability.  If you register for the event and do not cancel your reservation, and are a no-show, you will be assessed a no-show fee of $25. If you know that you are not going to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours BEFORE the event .
